What Makes It Work

 In my earlier career I have always wondered why I am not getting the opportunity to shine, to take on bigger, better jobs. I have still not gotten there yet. But it is a matter of presence... Confidence, articulate, being able to think, react and verbalize on the spot trump every other analytical or personal quality you may have. I just need to work on getting more and more comfortable with people, because I do not think I'm that lacking compared to all the other successful ppl I know. Life is a long, winding road. You may not like the choice you made, you may not enjoy the journey but you will not get somewhere without taking that initial step. Thank you, everyone who I have met in Philippines. You have made me realize something about myself.
